Thirteen years later, the gang is all here and Pepper Keenan has returned to the helm of Corrosion of Conformity, so begins a brand new chapter in the bands illustrious legacy but is it any good?
They often say that time is the best healer, having departed Corrosion of Conformity for a long while in order to focus on the likes of Southern Metal titans Down, Pepper Keenan has at long last returned with his cohorts of Woody Weatherman, Mike Dean and Reed Mullin. The band, previously performing various European shows, the band will release their first studio effort in four years next week on January 12th.
Complete with all the kinds of Southern Metal tropes you might expect, No Cross, No Crown is an album that could have easily been recorded in the Wiseblood era of the band. Not to say that it doesn’t have riffs in the bucketload because it does but does that cut it? Watch my video review to find out!
