Luminaries in the world of Progressive Metal, simply put there is no one else in this galaxy that sounds like Tesseract. Combining atmospherics, anvil heavy guitar riffs and beautiful vocal tones creates a Sci-Fi tinged sonic vista, a true delicacy for the ears.
Having returned with their previous record Polaris, singer Dan Tompkins confidently reasserted his place as one of Progressive Metal’s most versatile singers, however with 2018 return Sonder, the man completely surpasses any boundaries set previous. Combining the raw aggression of One, the lucid dreaming atmospherics of Altered State and the streamlined approach of Polaris, Tesseract have crafted an album that not only defies all classification but bests their peers, leaving only themselves as potential competition.
